1. Create a new or use an existing profile with the region of Poland; enter it in the console on the new user (Instructions for creating a Polish account).
2. Log in to the PlayStation Store with this account on the console or in the browser of any device. 3. Select the "Redeem codes" section and enter the received 12-digit code there.
